Thanks to PHS Automotive Services, owners of classic Pontiacs from 1961 forward can their vehicles' original broadcast sheets or billing manifests (depending on year) decoded. If you don't have it's website, it's www.phs-online.com
Pontiac's cousins—Buick—can take advantage of a service that decodes the original factory options of their vehicle.
Sloan Auto Museum facilitates the requests.
According to a Museum spokesperson, it has records of 1970-1976 Buicks only, except 1971.
If you're a Pontiac hobbyist who also has a Buick in your collection, or have interest in learning the factory options on a Buick, contact the Museum at www.sloanlongway.org/BuickGallery/Research/AutomotiveResearch.aspx
Hopefully, this blog will be of interest to HPP readers who also enjoy the story of Pontiac's cousins on the Buick side.
