1. My father was a NYC Housing cop from 1960-1980. I remember going to work with him and seeing pontiac police cars. I knew they were pontiacs since we had a 1972 safari wagon. This NYPD web site has a picture of one.http://www.policeny.com/rmps1970s1.html

2. Just purchased a 1960 Patrol car. I'm trying to research its original venue of service as I'm looking into restoring it to original form. My title search isn't going so good right now.
