Don't let the lack of a fifth-generation Trans Am keep Hollywood from making a remake of the Hollywood cult-favorite Smokey and the Bandit.

According to Tod Warmack of Trans Am Depot, "We're happy to work with any and all Hollywood production companies who want to use our 2010 Officially SCCA Licensed Trans Am in movies and TVs, including a role in any future remakes of Smokey and the Bandit.

watching fast and loud smokey and the bandit rebuild trans am it still makes me want a TA and smoke the tires . I think I will find me one to rebuild

Big mistake to mess with a true classic! The cool part of the original was that all the stunts were done with real cars and real drivers, Hollywood will mess it up with a bunch of "fast and Furious" CGI stunts. Besides, who could possibly play the lead parts with any sucess?
