OCTOBER 2-3, 2009, NATIONAL PARTS DEPOT OKTOBERFEST—at the Silver Springs Park in Silver Springs, Florida.
All vehicles with GM powerplants are welcome to enter. It’s co-sponsored this year by HPP, and expects 500 or more GM cars of every make and vintage, including plenty of good-looking Pontiacs.
Starting off the event will be a cruise and dyno day at National Parts Depot-Ocala, on Friday, October 2, 2009. Participants will have “the opportunity to tour/browse NPD’s extensive private car and truck collection, and VMP Tuning will be on-hand with their mobile Dynojet chassis dyno, offering two pulls with A/F ratio for $60. The highest pull will receive a goodie bag from NPD.
The first 500 cars to pre-register by September 26, 2009, receive free entry into the park for car, driver and one passenger. Any entry registering after September 26th, the day of show or beyond the 500-car threshold may purchase the show package for $21.00 per car, which still includes passes for driver and one passenger.
