BAN ONE, an all Firebird and Trans Am show is coming in May to Atlanta, Georgia, home of "Smokey and the Bandit"
According to the event's spokesperson,
"We are an enthusiast’s show, put on by enthusiast. We have some good sponsors (Hawks 3rd Gen Parts, Restore a Muscle Car and DWS Concepts, Summit Racing) and great location. The Summit Racing Superstore (the Wal-Mart of High Performance Parts) our show location is a destination in and of its self. Last year we had 61 cars register combined with sponsor and organizer cars we had about 65 cars on site.
"We have about a dozen pre-registrations to include VA, KY, AL and FL. Last year cars came from MD, VA, NC, SC, MS, AL, FL and of course GA. We are already have as many pre-registrations (with a month to go) than we did last year. I’m hoping that our show grows to 80 cars this year....I think this is possible, but we always have the economy and weather as wild cards.
"We have over 80 awards and 3 classes per Generation (Original, Modified and Custom) for a total of 12 classes. We have 5 awards per class + specialty awards.
"We will have Food, DJ, 50/50 and lots of door prizes provided by Summit and our other sponsors. We will also have a window decal that can be applied to the inside of your car window letting everyone know your car has participated in the BAN ONE Show."

Cost $25 in Advance and $30 after 15 April
Classes: Original, Modified and Custom for each Generation
