With each passing day our tolerance for fuel prices goes up. What do you consider a GOOD price nowadays?

For a short time last year fuel dropped to below $2 on the East coast and we were in heaven. Currently, with $4 plus prices, if they dropped to $3 would that now satisfy us, when a year ago we would have been up in arms over $3 per gallon?
