With the dramatic increase in fuel costs in the past 5 years, what do you think this means for Pontiac's performance image?


We are all depressed that the Firebird was dropped, then the GTO came and fell after a short tenure, but what about now? The G8 GT is an amazing car and it's gained a lot of notoriety from the masses in automotive journalism. It's powered by a "thirsty" V8, and that is enough to deter would-be-buyers today. What do you think is the fate of Pontiac's performance lineup?
