The Trans Am "Bandit Run" for 2008 will take place May 13-May 18, 2008.

According to the promoter, "On May 13th, the Bandit Run 2008 will leave Columbus, OH, and begin our cruise down through the Appalachian Mountains heading into Charleston, WV. 

"The following day, May 14th, we will be heading into Bristol, TN, to Bristol Speedway for some fun on the track with our cars and some special attention! We will spend the night in Johnson City, TN, before heading towards Braselton, GA, the home of YearOne.  In addition, while on our way, we will be making a lunch stop at the famous Dillard House, in Dillard, GA.

"When we arrive in Braselton, GA, at the home of YearOne, we will have a burnout contest, tours of the YearOne facility, and discuss the following days events.  The morning of May 16th, we will join Tyler Hambrick for his Smokey and the Bandit Movie tour, then go to the YearOne Experience for the rest of the weekend and participate in a host of special events, so be sure to plan on having a lot of fun!"
