What are your favorites? Why do you feel some of ours should be replaced with your picks?

1) 1962-63 SD 421
2) 1962-66 421 H.O. Tri-Power
3) 1966-69 230-250 OHC Sprint
4) 1968 400 Ram Air II
5) 1969-70 400 Ram Air IV
6) 1969-70 Ram Air V Program 303-400
7) 1973-74 SD-455
8) 1989 20th Anniversary Turbo 3.8 liter T/A
9) 1997-2007 Supercharged 3.8 liter
10) 1998-04 5.7 Liter LS1
11) 2005-06 6.0 Liter LS2

1. Since the death of the true Pontiac engine, it's hard to say which one is the best. I think the LS1 and LS2 are great engines, but they are more of a GM engine than a Pontiac. They did power some great Pontiacs, so I guess they can stay. haha

2. I would replace the last 4 engines with the 1970 400 RA3,428 SD, and the 389 tri power and 1969 350 HO also I would replace number 3 with 1970 455 hi compression.The last 4 should be replaced because they are not true pontiac engines.

3. I would add in the 77-79 W72 motors, they carried the performance flag through the darkest days and are the last true high performance Pontiac engines. After 79 it's an all Chevy show with the exception of the 3.8 Buicks.
